Expert Machine will provide SEO content writing services as described on the website https://expertmachine.co.

Expert Machine SEO services will include (but are not limited to):

Creating written content
Creating SEO reports
Creating visual content

The customer must acknowledge the following with respect to SEO services:

All fees, services, documents, recommendations and reports are confidential.

Expert Machine has no control over the policies of search engines with respect to the type of sites and/or content that they accept now or in the future. The Customer's website may be excluded from any blog, website, directory or search engine at any time at the sole discretion of the search engine or directory.

Under no circumstances shall Expert Machine be liable to you (the end-user) for any damages whatsoever, including (without limitation) any direct incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, or any claims of yours or third-party websites. You, the end-user assume all risks and potential damages (known or unknown) associated with using Expert Machine SEO services.

Expert Machine does not guarantee search engine positions for any particular keyword, phrase, or search term. Neither does Expert Machine guarantee any traffic increases.

Linking to “bad neighborhoods” or getting links from “link farms” can seriously damage all SEO efforts. Expert Machine does not assume liability for the Customer's choice to link to or obtain a link from any particular website without prior consultation.

Expert Machine is not responsible for changes made to the website by other parties that adversely affect the search engine rankings of the Customer's website.

Expert Machine is not liable or responsible for any claims or statements made in published content on the Customer's website. It is the responsibility of the Customer to determine the accuracy of content published on their website. The Customer is solely liable for the content on their website. The Customer is solely liable for ensuring published content abides by industry-specific rules and regulations.

Once content has been delivered to the Customer, they assume full ownership and are solely liable for the content.

Once content has been published on the Customer's website or elsewhere, they are solely liable for any repercussions that may happen as a result of publishing this content.

Expert Machine is not responsible for changes made to the content by other parties.

The Customer assumes responsibility for all repercussions their domains, websites, and content have online.

Expert Machine shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to the Customer's use of the services.

By agreeing to use the SEO content services of Expert Machine, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Expert Machine and its agents, managers, officers, directors, and representatives from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification: You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Expert Machine from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

Expert Machine is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using the SEO services you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Expert Machine and the Customer in relation to your use of the SEO services, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom for the resolution of any disputes.
